93 total ballots were cast today.

For the Andover seat on the GMUSD Board, Shayna Kalnitsky received 86 votes. There were 5 blank ballots, 1 spoiled ballot and 1 write-in ballot.

The River Valley Tech Center budget passed with 72 YES votes to 21 NO votes.

Also: The Town of Andover, along with many others throughout the State of Vermont, are experiencing an extreme shortage of road salt.

The road crew will only be able to salt the paved roads sparingly, which will be most noticeable during precipitation events.

Public safety is of the utmost importance to the Town and we will do our very best with the resources we have, while continuing to seek

alternate sources of salt as well as alternate materials as feasible.

Please travel with an abundance of caution, especially during weather events.
