Andover has been approved by the State of Vermont to have a “statistical” reappraisal done rather than a full reappraisal. This means interior visits will not be done, which will cost less and take less time. The company Andover has contracted with to perform this reappraisal expects to be done by June 2025 and expects that all values in Andover will increase.
